WHAT IS POWERPOINT? WHAT BENEFITS? 


PowerPoint is software that allows you to create presentable materials using a projector. The use of this material to make a report or announcement of a proposal is called a presentation. Using PowerPoint, you can create screens that effectively combine photos, drawings, charts, graphics, and movies with colorful text, and switch from one to another as if you were at the same slide show. Using the animation feature, you can add animations to text and drawings on the screen, as well as add sound effects and narration. Moreover, you can take the written output of the materials and distribute them when presenting.

The PowerPoint product is part of the "Office" product suite, where different types of software are combined for document, spreadsheet, presentation creation, and e-mail management.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE KNOWN

Presentation: Presentation of a certain topic in order and regularly with the introduction, development, result parts using pictures, graphics, texts, sounds and images  . Slide: Slides combine to form sunsets. The presentation can be considered as a book, and the slides as pages of the book.

PowerPoint 2010 file extension: .pptx
-Position created in Powerpoint is pressed F5 key to display FULL SCREEN . - Press ESC key on the keyboard to exit the slide show . -Secondary slide is clicked on the ' Slide Shower ' to start the presentation .

SLIDE PREPARATION

First open the PowerPoint to create a new slide.  Select a slide schedule from the ' New slide' tab.
(Istersen CTRL + M can add a new slide using the shortcut.)
Please enter your data into the relevant place. For example; 'Click for title.' Add the title of your presentation.  I show you the places you can use in the following photos. You can change the text format from the relevant locations. With these ways, you can add your slide as many times as you want.

SLIDE DESIGN

For Slide Design, click on the ' Design ' tab. The themes are opened and the desired theme is selected from the prepared templates.
You can apply the selected design to all slides or you can make them all different.
You can change the color, font, and effects of your theme using the commands in the yellow field in the image below.

SLIDE TRANSITIONS

You can choose what you want by clicking on the tabs above on the ' Entries ' tab.
Set the souce to the desired location on the slope. Eger slide if you want to advance yourself 'click the mouse ' option to choose. Otherwise your slide will automatically be on the right for the time you set. If you select ' Apply Tumune ', you will also apply to your other slides. If you do not, you can set a separate transition.

ADDING AN IMAGE

To add an image to your slide, go to the ' Add ' tab and click the ' Image ' button. You can then add the picture by clicking on the ' Add ' button after locating the picture you want to add.

ADDING AN ANIMATION

If you want to add an animation, first select the text or visual material you want to add. From the ' Animations ' menu, you can add the animation you want by selecting it.

ADD VIDEO
If you want to add video to your slide, the slide layout you select must match it. Click on the section where you can add your favorite video and select the video file you want to add.

ADDING A BRICK
You may want to add a link to direct it to a related field in your slide. To do this, click on ' Kopru ' in the ' Add ' tab . If you are adding a link to reach a web site, type the address of the web site. If you connect to an eger e-mail address on the same tab, you also need to enter the e-mail address. Once you have entered your data entry in the fields, you can click on the ' OK ' button to add your copy.

WATCH THE SLIDE
To watch your slide , go to the ' Slide Show ' tab. If you want to watch Eger , you can start your slide by clicking on the ' Bastan ' button, if you want to start it from the slide you want, you can also click on the ' Delayed Slide ' button.
' Private Slideshow ' only shows a presentation from the slides you have selected. You can use the F5
key as a shortcut.

REGISTRATION

Everything is over and you have your slide ready. You can save now. You can save using the button on the top left of the floppy disk. Or you can use the ' Save ' button on the ' File ' tab .

How to use Powerpoint 


You can create a report, your documents, projects or an introductory file that you have prepared as a Powerpoint, which can be edited by adding sound, text, images, animations, graphics, visual effects or even moving images, in an informal way, perhaps even in a certain scenario, is a program that you can prepare and then present.

In the PowerPoint program, each screen is called a slide.

Preparing a Presentation Program When 
PowerPoint is running, the Blank Presentation is selected from the window that appears on the screen.

With Smart Content Wizard and Template, presentations can be prepared using previously prepared samples.

The slide type to be created from the new Slide window is selected.

The functions of the slide types that appear in the window are as follows.

The slide type is selected. The slide title is prepared by typing. Typing headings on slides while preparing a PowerPoint presentation of water will make things easier later on.

Once the slide is complete, click on the "Create New Slide" icon on the Standard Toolbar to create a new slide.

To see all the slides that have been prepared, the "slide sorter view" on the left side of the "slider bar" is selected.

On this screen, the location of the slides can be changed. Click on the slide for this, slide the slide until it is not lifted, and then let it slide.

To switch to normal page view, select "slide view" on the left side of the "scroll bar".

It is used to show the prepared presentation. The ESC key on the keyboard is pressed to exit the Sun. Unless otherwise stated, switching from one slide to the next slide is done by clicking the mouse. "Page Down" on the clipboard, the right arrow or the foot arrow key is used to switch to the next slide, "Page Up", the left arrow or up arrow to switch to the previous slide.

Insert Picture To insert
a picture on a slide, the command Insert + Picture + "Thumbnail" / "From File" is executed. When "Insert clip" / "Insert" is selected after finding the desired picture, the picture is added to the slide.

Slide Transition
"Slide switcher view" for automatic display of slides is selected in the command window opened when the right button of the mouse is pressed while "Slide switcher view" is on. Or, the same command as "Slide Show" + "Slide Transition" is executed from the menu bar.

The "Automatically" command is selected for automatic slide show (without mouse and keyboard), and the slide changes after a specified number of seconds.

"Apply" command to give separate time for each slide "Apply All" command is selected so that all slides appear at the time indicated on the screen.

The effect can be given when the slides come to the screen. For this, the desired effect is selected from the drop-down menu. "Slow", "Medium" and "Fast"

"Apply" to give a separate effect on a slide, "Apply Whole" command is selected to give the same effect to all slides.
